Shipping Costs

  • parcel size;
  • order weight; and
  • courier service selected.

Remote or outlying areas may carry an additional courier surcharge, which will be confirmed before dispatch where applicable.

Food Products & Delivery Conditions

As Weskus Foods supplies food products and meal packs, customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

Once delivered:

  • products should be stored appropriately;
  • perishable goods should be refrigerated or handled according to packaging instructions where applicable; and
  • customers should inspect orders promptly upon delivery.

We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by delayed acceptance, improper storage, or unattended deliveries after successful delivery confirmation.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.


Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

the parcel may be returned or held by the courier.

Additional re-delivery fees may apply unless the error was caused by us.


Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the provided address.

Ownership of goods remains with Weskus Foods until full payment has been received.


Collection

Collection may be available by prior arrangement.

Orders are shipped by courier unless collection has been confirmed in advance.
